Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical and digital habit plan packages purchased from Florayrmobilitya through florayrmobilitya.world or by direct inquiry.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Finnish and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving physical goods, without providing a reason. The withdrawal period for digital content begins upon delivery unless you have consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, physical plan packages must be:

• Returned within fourteen days of delivery
• In unused condition with original packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalized or custom-assembled plan materials may not be eligible for return once production has begun, as communicated at the time of order.

Digital Products

Digital plan packages delivered via email or download link may be refunded within fourteen days if the files have not been accessed or downloaded. Once downloaded, digital products are generally non-refundable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, contact us at contactus@florayrmobilitya.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address if applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days of receiving returned goods or confirming eligibility for digital refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet entered production may be cancelled by contacting us. Once production of personalized materials has started, cancellation may not be possible.
